Tributes paid to former CM K. Rosaiah on 93rd birth anniversary

Floral tributes were paid to former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister K. Rosaiah on the occasion of his 93rd birth anniversary at a commemorative program held at Ravindra Bharati on Saturday. The event was attended by former Rajya Sabha MP K.V.P. Ramachandra Rao, Telangana Ministers Ponnam Prabhakar and Vivek Venkataswamy, Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President and MLC Mahesh Kumar Goud, and Uppala Srinivas Gupta, among other dignitaries.

Uppala Srinivas Gupta described Rosaiah as a symbol of honesty, commitment, and simplicity in politics. He said Rosaiah's decades-long public service and dedication to the welfare of the people and the development of the state would remain an enduring legacy. Gupta also said the Congress government, under the leadership of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, is working for the welfare of the Arya Vysya community. He noted that the long-pending demand for the establishment of the Arya Vysya Corporation had been fulfilled.
