Register verification for Jubilee Hills bypoll candidates will begin on October 28. Election expenditure observer Sanjiv Kumar Lal, IRS, along with assistant observer G. Ramakrishna, announced that all 58 contesting candidates must present their daily expenditure records for inspection. The first verification will be on October 28, the second on November 3, and the final one on November 9.

Officials instructed that each candidate must maintain three registers documenting their daily poll-related expenses and submit them to the observers on the scheduled dates. They further clarified that no cash transaction exceeding Rs.10,000 should be made to any individual or organization, and all payments must be made only through cheques. These directions were issued in an official release on Monday.
