Actor Kiran Abbavaram headlines the upcoming film K-Ramp, slated for release on October 18, just in time for the Diwali festivities.

Directed by Jains Nani and produced by Razesh Danda and Shiva Bommak under the banners of Hasya Movies and Rudransh Celluloid, the film promises a full-on entertainment package.

Director Jains Nani explained the meaning behind the unique title: ‘K-Ramp fits the story perfectly. ‘K’ stands for Kumar, our hero, and ‘ramp’ represents his journey. It’s catchy, not vulgar, and suits the character’s arc.’

While the trailer may carry a slightly edgy tone, he emphasized that K-Ramp is ultimately a family entertainer—crafted to attract younger viewers initially, and then resonate across age groups.

An IIT Madras graduate with a strong short film background, Nani shared that the film was shot in just 47 days with no script changes or delays. ‘Kiran supported the process completely,’ he noted.

Shot in the vibrant locales of Kerala, the film features three songs and a strong background score. With positive buzz around its teaser, K-Ramp promises a laughter-filled, engaging Diwali watch.
