Meru International School concludes ‘Merutsav 2026’

Meru International School successfully concluded ‘Merutsav 2026’, its interschool cultural and sports festival, with a Prize Distribution Ceremony held on August 1, 2026, at the school’s campus in Miyapur. The event celebrated the outstanding achievements of students who participated across various competitions and marked the successful completion of one of the region’s largest interschool festivals.

Founded by Meghana Gorukanti Jupally, Merutsav provides students with opportunities to discover their potential and build the confidence needed to succeed. The 2026 edition, themed “Future Skill Readiness: Learn. Adapt. Lead” brought together over 4,500 students from more than 45 schools.  The festival featured over 120 competitions across academics, sports, performing arts, visual arts, literary events, technology, innovation, and creative challenges.

Among the major highlights were the Circuit Hackathon, a hands-on robotics challenge initiative that tested students’ innovation, engineering, and technical problem-solving abilities; and Budget Masters, a financial literacy competition designed to develop analytical thinking, budgeting skills, and practical decision-making. The festival concluded with a Prize Distribution Ceremony on Saturday where winners across various sports, cultural, academic, and innovation competitions were felicitated with trophies, medals, certificates, and awards.
