Ministers launch Poultry India Expo 2025 at HITEX

Transport and BC welfare Minister Ponnam Prabhakar Goud and Agriculture Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao inaugurated the 17th Poultry India Expo 2025 at the HITEX Exhibition Centre, Hyderabad, marking the opening of South Asia’s largest poultry event.

The expo, organized by the Indian Poultry Equipment Manufacturers’ Association (IPEMA) is being held from 25–28 November and features unprecedented global participation, strategic collaborations, and an extensive showcase of innovation across the poultry value chain. 

The expo, centered on the theme “One Nation, One Expo,” has built strong partnerships with 16 international poultry associations, over 40 national bodies, 18 national media houses, 15 global media organizations, and more than 100 influencers to elevate the event’s scale and visibility. Speaking on this occasion, IPEMA President Uday Singh Bayas expressed pride in the organization’s role in fostering innovation and strengthening cooperation across sectors.

More than 500 exhibitors and over 50,000 visitors from over 50 countries are participating in the event which showcases aspects like breakthroughs in breeding, genetics, automation, feed solutions, ventilation systems, biosecurity, sustainable processing, and green technologies. The event also focuses on challenges such as sustainability, disease control, smart technology adoption, and raw material volatility. 

The flagship “Poultry Knowledge Day” had global experts discussing emerging diseases, sustainable strategies, rural market potential, and evolving career opportunities, with Animal Husbandry Minister Vakiti Srihari attending as Chief Guest. The expo is facilitating high-impact networking, trade partnerships, technology launches and international collaborations.
