Ministers thank DCM for sanctioning roads in villages

Prior to the start of the Cabinet meeting on Thursday, various Ministers met Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan and thanked him for sanctioning funds for construction of roads in the villages of their constituencies. Ministers Payyavula Keshav,Vangalapudi Anitha, Narayana, Nadendla ManoharSavita, D.V.B. Swamy, Nimmala Ramanaidu, Anagani Satya Prasad, Ramprasad Reddy, BC Janardhan Reddy, Kandula Durgesh expressed their gratitude to Pawan Kalyan. 

The Panchayati Raj department has already issued a GO sanctioning funds for the construction of roads in the first phase. The department will take up strengthening of 1299 roads in 157 constituencies. Orders have been issued for release of funds to the tune of Rs. 2123 crore. n the first phase, 4007 km roads in 157 constituencies in 26 districts will be strengthened.  The Deputy Chief Minister recently laid the foundation stone for the construction of roads for the “Palle Panduga 2.0” event.
