KIMS Sunshine Hospital, Begumpet, inaugurated its new modern Eye Care Centre, offering comprehensive ophthalmology services under one roof. The facility was inaugurated by Dr. A V Gurava Reddy, Managing Director, KIMS Sunshine Hospitals, Dr. A Bhavani, Chief Obstetrician and Gynecologist and Dr. S T S Prudhu Vyas, Head, Department of Ophthalmology.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. A V Gurava Reddy said ‘The Eye Care Centre is a major step forward in integrating advanced medical technologies across specialties within one hospital.’ Dr. S T S Prudhu Vyas detailed the wide array of treatments available, including cataract, cornea, retina, and glaucoma services. He emphasized the facility's readiness to treat patients of all ages from newborns to the elderly using cutting-edge diagnostic and surgical equipment.

He noted the launch of the Myopia Master, an advanced diagnostic tool that helps detect myopia early in children and supports timely intervention, preventing long-term vision loss.
