-CEO announces final publication of Electoral Rolls for Graduate and Teacher Constituencies

The Chief Electoral Officer, Telangana C. Sudharshan Reddy, has announced the final publication of electoral rolls for the Medak-Nizamabad-Adilabad-Karimnagar Graduates’ and Teachers’ Constituencies, along with the Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda Teachers’ Constituency.
This follows the completion of claims and objections received between November 23 and December 9, 2024.
The terms of two teacher MLC seats and one graduate MLC seats in Telangana Legislative Council will end on March 29, 2025.
The Medak-Nizamabad-Adilabad-Karimnagar Graduates’ Constituency witnessed an increase of 26,782 voters (Male: 16,507; Female: 10,273; Transgender: 2), the highest among the three constituencies.
While the Medak-Nizamabad-Adilabad-Karimnagar Teachers’ Constituency saw an increase of 2,319 voters (Male: 1,258; Female: 1,061 votes, Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda Teachers’ Constituency voter list witnessed an increase of 2,351 voters (Male: 1,442; Female: 909).
The updated rolls reflect significant progress in ensuring accurate voter representation in these constituencies. The Chief Electoral Officer emphasized the importance of these revisions in facilitating fair and transparent elections.
