To ensure the smooth conduct of the Jubilee Hills Assembly elections, Hyderabad District Election Officer and GHMC Commissioner R.V. Karnan has appointed nodal officers for different responsibilities. These appointments are part of the advance preparations to streamline the election process.

For manpower management, Khairatabad Zonal Commissioner Anurag Jayanti has been given charge, while Kukatpally Zonal Commissioner Apoorva Chouhan will manage EVMs and VVPATs. Training will be handled by L.B. Nagar Zonal Commissioner Hemant Keshav Patil, and transport arrangements will be overseen by CTO Srinivas. Material management has been entrusted to Additional Commissioner (Admin) K. Venugopal.

Law and order, vulnerable mapping, and the district security plan will be monitored by DSP Narasimha Reddy. MCC implementation will be managed by Additional SP (Vigilance) M. Sudarshan, while expenditure monitoring is assigned to Chief Examiner of Accounts Venkateshwar Reddy.

Other responsibilities include election observers under Assistant Veterinary Officer Wilson, dummy ballot paper management by Secunderabad Zonal Commissioner Ravi Kiran, and media communication with MCMC under PRO M. Dasharath. IT Joint Commissioner C. Radha will handle cyber security and computerisation, while helpline and complaints will be supervised by IT AE Karthik Kiran. Webcasting has been assigned to IT AE Tirumala Kumar.
