Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has issued a stern warning to public representatives under the NDA alliance, asserting that those failing to perform satisfactorily will be removed from their posts without hesitation. “There is no room for those who bring disrepute to the party or government,” Naidu declared during a high-level teleconference with ministers, MPs, MLAs, MLCs, and party leaders.

The Chief Minister’s message was unequivocal: public service must be carried out with utmost responsibility, especially by first-time legislators. “Overconfidence is dangerous. You were elected once—make sure you don’t remain one-time MLAs,” he cautioned.

As the NDA coalition government marks one year in power, Naidu announced that victory rallies will be held in all 175 constituencies across the state on June 12, celebrating the shift in governance. On the same day, a comprehensive review meeting will be held in Amaravati with alliance leaders and senior officials to assess progress and performance.

Naidu emphasized that he is continuously conducting surveys to monitor the performance of legislators and party functionaries. “I am collecting regular feedback from various channels. People are watching us closely. Every step we take must be measured,” he said.

He further announced that performance reviews will be conducted every six months, based on which opportunities or disciplinary action will be decided. “Good work will be rewarded, poor performance will invite consequences. There will be no compromise in this regard,” Naidu reaffirmed.

Stating that the majority of public representatives are working hard to stay connected with the people, Naidu acknowledged that a few are tarnishing the image of the government. “Soon, I will meet each MLA individually to assess their work,” he added.

Outlining upcoming plans, the Chief Minister said the 'Talli ki Vandanam' program will be rolled out by June 12 or 14, followed by 'Annadata' later this month. Free bus travel for women will commence from August 15, he confirmed.

Naidu also highlighted the state’s economic progress, noting that approvals have been granted for investments worth Rs.5 lakh crore and expressed confidence that the Polavaram project will be completed by 2027.
