The exhibition will be inaugurated by Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, with Minister for Roads & Building and Cinematography Komati Reddy Venkat Reddy as the Guest of Honour.

Sridhar Babu, Minister for Transport, Roads & Buildings and President of the Exhibition Society, addressed a press conference on Sunday. He stated that the exhibition will run daily from 4.00 p.m. to 10.30 p.m., with extended timings until 11.00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Entry tickets are priced at Rs.50 per person, while children under five will be admitted free.

This year, 1,050 stalls have been allotted to manufacturers and artisans from across India and the local region. About 20 food stalls will offer a variety of cuisines. Several government departments, including the Reserve Bank of India, Telangana Forest Department, Department of Prisons, Telangana Dairy Development Cooperative Federation, Hyderabad Police, Social Welfare Department, LIC of India, Tourism Department, Education Department, and the Pollution Control Board, will also host stalls. Last year, the exhibition attracted over one million visitors and generated significant sales, reinforcing its role as a major annual event in Hyderabad.

Security arrangements include 106 personnel deployed at entrances, 138 day volunteers to ensure visitor safety, and 76 night volunteers to protect stallholders’ belongings, totaling 320 volunteers. The exhibition grounds and surrounding areas will be monitored by 120 CCTV cameras. Visitors will be checked to prevent the entry of prohibited items such as lighters, cigarettes, gutka, or arms.

Fire safety measures include two underground water storage tanks of 1.5 lakh litres each, connected to 82 hydrants maintained at a constant water pressure of 7 KGs/cm. Forty-five trained volunteers will oversee fire safety, and two fire engines with 10,000-litre capacity will be stationed on-site.

Connectivity to the exhibition grounds has been improved. Metro Rail services from Gandhi Bhavan and Nampally stations will operate at increased frequencies and late hours. TSRTC will run special buses for visitors. Free parking for four- and two-wheelers is available at Gruha Kalpa, Chandra Vihar, Gagan Vihar, and Bhimrao Vada. Paid multi-level automated parking is available next to Handloom House, less than 100 metres from Gate No.1.

Medical facilities include a Health Check-up Centre run by Yashoda Hospitals and an Eye Hospital in collaboration with Lions International. Ambulance services will be available 24x7.

Women entrepreneurs have been given priority in stall allocations. The exhibition will feature signages for entry and exit points, emergency exits, and toilets, as well as an open-air theatre for cultural programs, lawns and relaxation areas, ATM facilities, and first-aid services to ensure convenience and safety for visitors.

Over its history, Numaish has become a key annual event, providing affordable entertainment, shopping, and cultural interaction. The Exhibition Society manages 19 educational institutions across Telangana and one charitable dispensary at the exhibition grounds, serving around 30,000 students. Over 2,000 teaching and non-teaching staff are employed, impacting around 10,000 people directly and indirectly. Last year, more than 10,000 people benefited from employment linked to the exhibition. The Exhibition Society has also contributed significantly to government revenue, with Rs.10 crore collected in 2024-25 through GST, trade license fees, property tax, and utility charges, compared to Rs.9.5 crore in 2023-24. Numaish continues to provide a platform for education, employment, entrepreneurship, and cultural interaction for citizens of Hyderabad.
