Jana Sena Party president and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan expressed strong dissatisfaction over the functioning of party leaders and elected representatives, questioning their lack of proactive engagement on key public issues. Addressing an extended party executive meeting at CK Convention Centre in Mangalagiri, Pawan Kalyan bluntly told MLAs and ministers that it was unacceptable for him to respond to every political issue personally. “If I have to react to everything, what are you here for as legislators and ministers?” he asked, urging them to take greater responsibility.

The Deputy Chief Minister specifically referred to the ongoing controversy over alleged adulteration of ghee used in Tirupati laddu preparation and criticised party leaders for failing to effectively counter the false propaganda being spread by the YSR Congress Party. “Why are we not responding strongly to the misinformation campaign being run by YSRCP? The involvement of their leaders and certain officials in this issue must be exposed with solid evidence,” he said, asking party representatives to take a more aggressive and fact-based stand.

Pawan Kalyan warned leaders not to fall into provocations and traps laid by the opposition. “YSRCP leaders will deliberately use abusive language and try to intimidate you and your families. Do not succumb to such pressure. At the same time, be especially cautious and responsible while dealing with issues related to women,” he advised.
