In an effort to strengthen public safety and curb criminal activities, S. Srinivas, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Rajendranagar Zone, conducted a special counselling session for rowdy sheeters of the Falaknuma Division today at Kalapathar Police Station on Thursday.
A total of 69 habitual offenders from Kalapathar, Kamatipura, Falaknuma, and Bahadurpura Police Stations were summoned to attend the session. The DCP urged them to desist from illegal activities and maintain disciplined conduct in society. He warned that the police department is closely monitoring their actions, and any fresh offenses would lead to immediate arrest and prosecution.
S. Srinivas highlighted that habitual offenders or those involved in disrupting communal harmony would face stringent actions under the Preventive Detention Act and Externment Orders. The counselling session was also attended by the ACP of Falaknuma Division and the SHOs of Kalapathar, Falaknuma, and Bahadurpura Police Stations, reinforcing the message of law enforcement vigilance and community responsibility.
