Hyderabad: Rashmika Mandanna and talented actor Dheekshith Shetty star in The Girlfriend, presented by Allu Aravind under Geetha Arts and Dheeraj Mogilineni Entertainment.

Directed by Rahul Ravindran and produced by Vidya Koppineedi and Dheeraj Mogilineni, the film is an intense and emotional love story set for a grand worldwide release on November 7 in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. At the Hyderabad trailer launch, cinematographer Krishnan Vasant praised the team, saying, ‘We’re bringing an intense and passionate story to the screen. I hope everyone supports our movie.’ Director Rahul Ravindran added, ‘This story is real, rooted, and emotional. Rashmika and Dheekshith gave life to it with their performances.’

Producer Vidya Koppineedi noted, ‘No one could have portrayed this character like Rashmika. She inspires us all.’ Co-producer Dheeraj Mogilineni called Rashmika’s commitment rare and said, ‘Both leads will win hearts. Without Allu Aravind sir, this wouldn’t exist.’
