A high-level delegation from the Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation Ltd (RIICO), Government of Rajasthan, led by Shivangi Swarnkar, Managing Director, RIICO, conducted an extensive study tour of Telangana’s premier industrial and IT hubs today. The visit aimed at understanding the best practices adopted by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) that have positioned the state as a global destination for investment. 

The delegation visited landmark locations, including HITEC City, Mindspace, Genome Valley and the Electronic Manufacturing Clusters (EMC) at Raviryala and Maheshwaram (E-City). Following the field visits, the delegation held a high-level meeting at the TGIIC Head Office with K. Shashanka, VC & MD, TGIIC, and senior HODs. During the interaction, Shashanka briefed the Rajasthan officials on the "Telangana Rising: Vision 2047" initiative. 

He highlighted how the state is transitioning toward a "$3 trillion" economy to ensure balanced regional development. He attributed the state's industrial success to the leadership of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and the guidance of Minister for Industries, IT & Commerce, D. Sridhar Babu. The RIICO MD, Shivangi Swarnkar, expressed appreciation for TGIIC streamlined processes in land management and infrastructure maintenance, noting that Telangana’s IT and Life Sciences ecosystems serve as a benchmark for other states in India.
