The Andhra Pradesh government's “Palle Panduga” initiative is gaining momentum, with a focus on improving rural infrastructure, particularly roads. The Deputy Chief Minister's Office recently shared images on X showcasing the successful completion of road construction projects in Alluri Sitarama Raju district.

The initiative aims to address the neglect of rural roads during the previous YSRCP regime, which posed significant challenges for local communities. The new coalition government has prioritized rural road construction, allocating substantial funds to improve connectivity in Manyam villages.

One such project involves the construction of a 2-kilometer tar road connecting Gudra Road to Santabayalu via Marriputtu in Hukumpeta Mandal, Araku Valley constituency. This significant upgrade will improve accessibility for residents in these remote areas.

The before-and-after images shared online vividly demonstrate the transformative impact of these road construction projects. These visual representations underscore the government's commitment to enhancing rural infrastructure and improving the quality of life for rural communities in Andhra Pradesh.
