The sleuths of Jagadgirigutta Police Station along with CCS Balanagar on Friday arrested a 21-year-old house theft offender and recovered 22.3 tulas of gold ornaments, 5 tulas of silver items, total worth of Rs 2,21,000 from him. Arrested offender identified as Baby alias Arohi (21), Sales girl, resident of Madhuranagar and native of Gorakhpur district in UP.    

On July 18, un-known offender gained entry into the house of the complainant Vipparthi Chiranjeevi (39), resident of Allwyn colony in Jagadgirigutta, by opening the lock of main door with the key which was kept under the helmet on the shoe stand and committed theft 22.3 tulas of gold ornaments and 5 Tulas of silver anklets from the almirah. Case was registered at Jagadgirigutta PS. Offender was arrested and sent to judicial custody.
