SBI launches “Home Loans Mega Property Expo” campaign

As part of “SBI Home Loans Mega Property Expo” publicity campaign, S.Radhakrishnan, (Chief General Manager, CGM) Hyderabad Circle , Ravi Kumar Verma, (General Manager NW-1), Satish Kumar, (General Manager NW-2) flagged off on Thursday publicity vans from Local Head Office, Koti. Speaking on this occasion CGM S.Radhakrishnan said that till now Hyderabad Circle organized six such expos and tradition goes with 7th edition of SBI Home Loans Mega Property Expo scheduled from 19th to 21st of this month at Hall No.4, HITEX.

He also shared that SBI Hyderabad Circle recently reached the milestone of Rs 4 trillion business as on 30.11.2025. SBI Hyderabad Circle REH business [Home & Home related] crossed Rs 750 billion with 2.10 lakh home loan customers base in Telangana state, and is marching confidently with a vision of Rs 1 Trillion by June 2027. He mentioned that the bank has introduced simplified and faster loan-sanction systems, offering attractive ROI structures for builders and homebuyers, digital processing through end-to-end platforms for builder tie-ups and customers, supporting sustainable and affordable housing through PMAY scheme. He also informed that builder tie-ups are doing for the convenience customer as well as builder firms.

CGM S.Radhakrishnan said that these initiatives reaffirm SBI’s commitment to empowering homebuyers, supporting builders, and driving Telangana state’s long-term economic aspirations. Around 60 + reputed builder firms such as MY HOME, VASAVI, APARNA, ANVITA, CANDEUR, RAJAPUSHPA, GLENTREE, SRIAS, EPITOME, IRA, RANKY, NAMISHREE, RADHEY, TRIDASA, JAIN etc  are taking part in this Mega Property Expo. 

The promotional activities for the expo are already launched on a large scale across AIR, DD channels, TV9, FM Radios & advertisement in inside all metro trains, hoardings, medians, facebook, instagram and other media channels and also banners at city based branches, ATMs & CDMs. SBI is expecting a footfall of around 8,000 to 10,000 visitors during these three-day events and estimates substantial bookings for builders and those leads translating into business for the Bank. Customers will also be benefited with offers both from builders as well as bank.
