Goshamahal Police Station Crime team has arrested an accused for stealing gold ornaments worth Rs 8.75 lakh. Arrested woman servant was identified as Nandini Kamble (27), resident of Dhoolpet. The police apprehended her along with stolen property.
Police team seized four gold bangles weighing 69 grams, one gold chain weighing 8 grams, one gold chain with locket weighing 30 grams, one gold bracelet weighing 15 grams, one pair of gold earrings weighing 7 grams, one gold hand ring weighing 7 grams, one gold necklace weighing 42 grams, total gold weighing 178 grams and total worth of Rs 8,75,000.
On September 29, police received a complaint from Gurmeet Singh, resident of Begum Bazar, Hyderabad, stating that gold ornaments were missing from his residence. On registering the case, police collected all the technical evidence, location of the suspect and kept a sharp eye over the suspect. On Monday, the accused was arrested by the crime staff and recovered the stolen property from the accused.
