Metro India News | AMARAVATI :

Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee president Y.S. Sharmila launched a sharp attack on the TDP-led NDA coalition government, alleging that its much-publicized Super Six promises have failed to deliver tangible benefits even after two years in power.

As the coalition government marked the completion of its second year in office, Sharmila accused it of prioritizing publicity over governance and claimed that the promises made during the 2024 election campaign remain largely unfulfilled. She described the government’s performance as a complete failure and questioned its claims of development and progress.

“Publicity is at its peak, but governance is weak. Borrowings are at record levels, while development is nowhere to be seen,” Sharmila said, criticizing the government for what she termed excessive dependence on loans without visible improvements on the ground.

The Congress leader alleged that the state administration has become a Maya Bazaar, creating an illusion of progress while failing to address the real concerns of the people. She questioned the coalition’s promise of rebuilding Andhra Pradesh and asked what concrete achievements had been made toward that goal over the past two years.
