Include antioxidant-rich foods like carrot, beetroot, papaya, spinach, green leafy vegetables.
Avoid fried, spicy, very oily foods, junk food, and non-veg
Avoid alcohol
Eat amla (Indian gooseberry), which is rich in vitamin C, helps liver repair
Drink turmeric milk, which is anti-inflammatory and has anti-microbial properties
Sujok Therapy
Press three-four times daily for 10 to 15 minutes on the highlighted area (see figure). Apply green colour, followed by three to four dried pees seeds on the same spot and keep them overnight. If you feel any discomfort, remove the seeds. Even in mild cases of liver infection, it is advisable to see a health care professional.
