Tata Power Renewable Energy Ltd (TPREL) has announced that it has achieved a major milestone by executing 10 GW of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects to date. These projects include 4.2 GW of in-house developments and 5.8 GW for third-party clients. The total 10 GW comprises 9.7 GW of solar projects and 290 MW of wind projects.

In the first nine months of FY26, TPREL commissioned 1.88 GW of EPC renewable energy capacity, marking a 33 per cent increase from 1.4 GW commissioned in the same period last year. The projects were executed across multiple sites in five states, navigating challenging soil conditions and diverse climatic environments. In Q3FY26, TPREL achieved its highest-ever quarterly addition, completing 941 MW of renewable energy projects, a 139 per cent increase from 393 MW in Q3FY25. Notable projects commissioned during this period included assignments for NHPC, NLC, SJVNL, and a 187-MW wind project in Karur, Tamil Nadu.

The company has further announced plans to commission an additional 0.75 GW of renewable capacity before the end of FY26.
