The Telangana government on Tuesday issued orders affecting transfers and Full Additional Charge (FAC) arrangements involving four IAS officers, citing administrative exigencies. According to a GO issued by Chief Secretary K Ramakrishna Rao, the following changes were made:

M. Raghunandan Rao, Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, has been placed in Full Additional Charge of the post of Secretary to Government, Revenue (Commercial Taxes and Excise) in place of Syed Ali Murtaza Rizvi, who will retire voluntarily with effect from October 31, 2025. S. Harish, CMD, TG GENCO, has been given FAC of Director Endowments, relieving Shailaja Ramaiyer from the additional charge.

Bhavesh Mishra, Deputy Secretary to Government, Information Technology, Electronics and Communications (ITE&C) department, has been placed in FAC of Director, Mines & Geology, relieving Valluru Kranthi, from the additional charge. Garima Agrawal, Additional Collector (Local Bodies), Siddipet, has been transferred and posted as Additional Collector (Local Bodies), Rajanna-Sircilla.
