HMWSSB Executive Director Mayank Mittal addressed the 11th Annual Conference on “STP and Sewerage Management (Wastewater Management)” organized by Infrastructure Magazine at Le Meridien Hotel, New Delhi on Monday.

He spoke on the topic “HMWSSB Perspective: Current State, Challenges and Opportunities,” presenting insights into Hyderabad’s sewerage treatment capacity, ongoing modernization and upgradation of STPs, and the key challenges faced by the organization. Mittal also highlighted future opportunities in wastewater recycling and sustainable management to meet the demands of the city’s expanding population.

The conference brought together representatives, experts, and senior officials from water and sewerage management organizations across India to discuss innovative solutions and share best practices for improving wastewater infrastructure and efficiency.
