The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Tuesday carried out simultaneous searches at multiple locations linked to Nizamabad District Prohibition and Excise Superintendent K. Malla Reddy over allegations of acquiring assets disproportionate to his known sources of income through illegal means.

Acting on a complaint, ACB teams led by DSP Shekhar Goud conducted searches at his residence in Hyderabad, his house at Pragathi Nagar in Nizamabad, and his office at Subhash Nagar. The coordinated raids were part of a wider investigation into suspected financial irregularities.

During the searches, officials reportedly seized several documents from the Excise office and collected property records, financial papers, and other valuables from his residences for detailed scrutiny. Investigators are examining the seized material to trace alleged unaccounted assets.

Following the raids, ACB officials took Malla Reddy into custody for questioning. Searches and verification of records continued at multiple locations. The bureau is expected to disclose detailed findings after completing the investigation and analysis of the seized documents.
