The ACB officials recorded the statement of the complainant and Municipal Administration Chief Secretary Dana Kishore in the issue. Based on this, notices are likely to be issued to the BRS working president and former Minister KTR and former Special Chief Secretary of the Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department Arvind Kumar. The ACB is preparing itself to issue the notices to the accused in the issue.

It may be noted that Dana Kishore had filed a complaint with the ACB on October 18 this year alleging that money was paid to a foreign company in violation of the rules for organizing the Formula E-car racing competition.

The complaint stated that the government suffered a loss of Rs 54.88 crore in the issue. The Telangana ACB recently registered a case naming KTR, who was the Municipal Administration Minister during the BRS party regime, as the main accused (A1). 

Then Special Chief Secretary of the Municipal Administration Department, Arvind Kumar (A2), and the then Chief Engineer of HMDA, BLN Reddy (A3) were also included in the FIR.
