Speaking on the occasion, Minister Seethakka said the Praja Darbar was organized at two key locations in Kannayigudem Mandal with the aim of resolving people’s problems at their doorstep.

Panchayat Raj, Rural Development, Women & Child Welfare Minister Dhanasari Anasuya Seethakka assured on Thursday that every grievance received during the Praja Darbar program will be thoroughly examined and resolved at the field level. She stated that the district administration will proactively move to villages to address local issues. Special Praja Darbar programs were organized at the new Gram Panchayat Office grounds in Lakshmipuram village of Kannayigudem Mandal and at the High School in Muppanapalli village.
Following the public interaction, Minister Anasuya Seethakka and the ITDA PO inaugurated several development works: A new Gram Panchayat Building constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 20 lakh under MGNREGS in Lakshmipuram village, Internal CC roads and drainage works taken up at an estimated cost of Rs 60 lakh under CRR plain funds, Road construction from Boregudem to ST Colony in Muppanapalli village under ST SDF funds (Rs 145 lakh), Additional internal CC Roads and Drains in Muppanapalli constructed at Rs 115 lakh under CRR Plain funds.
Speaking on the occasion, Minister Seethakka said the Praja Darbar was organized at two key locations in Kannayigudem Mandal with the aim of resolving people’s problems at their doorstep. Sarpanches from 10 villages presented their development needs and local issues. Petitions were received directly from villagers, she added. She emphasized that officials would travel to remote and backward areas like Kannayigudem Mandal so that people do not have to repeatedly visit government offices. Grievances received from Sarpanches and villagers are being addressed on the spot wherever possible, while technical issues are being explained clearly to the public.
