Bahrisons to host 4 book signings

Bahrisons Booksellers, Jubilee Hills is set to host a packed literary weekend with four book-signing events featuring prominent authors whose work spans public health, history, folklore, and historical fiction. Over two days, readers will have the opportunity to meet writers offering distinct  perspectives on India’s past and present. 

The weekend begins on Saturday, February 7, at 12:30 pm , with journalist and environmental advocate Ameer Shahul , who will sign copies of “Vaccine Nation: How Immunization Shaped India.” The book examined how science, policy and public response shaped the country’s immunization journey.  Later that day, at 5 pm , historian Eric Chopra will sign “Ghosted: Delhi’s Haunted Monuments” a work that explores the capital’s historic sites through folklore, memory, and urban legends. 

On Sunday, February 8, at 11 am , acclaimed authors Aanchal Malhotra and Raghu Karnad will appear together for a rare dual signing. 

The weekend concludes at 3 pm with historian and author Rana Safvi, who will sign copies of her historical novel “A Firestorm in Paradise” a work rooted in meticulous research and rich historical detail. Together, the events reaffirm Bahrisons Hyderabad as a key cultural space for readers and writers, promising an engaging weekend for the city’s literary community.
