Bank of Maharashtra (BOM) inaugurated its new branches at Veera Reddy Nagar in Boduppal and in Medchal Malkajgiri district on Friday. BOM Hyderabad Zonal Manager G S D Prasad inaugurated the new branch office in the presence of valued customers.

With the opening of these branches, BOM now has a total of 74 branches spread in all 33 districts in Telangana state. The Boduppal branch shall cater to all banking transactions and also specific needs of customers, offering the entire spectrum of banking products and financial services covering Retail, Agri and MSME sectors. The Bank offers various unique products to its clientele such as ATM cum debit card, secured internet banking, 24x7 Customer Care Centre, and Mobile banking amongst others.

Speaking on this occasion, Zonal Manager G S D Prasad said ‘Bank of Maharashtra’s new branch at Boduppal will be helpful for the people in the locality for fulfilling all of their banking and financial needs.’ He appreciated the Bank for opening its new branch at Boduppal district and advised the branch to focus on RAM, Retail and MSME, Mid Corporate units as Boduppal is having good scope for Retail, and MSME Business.  

Deputy Zonal manager said ‘We are delighted to open a new branch at Boduppal covering Medchal Malkajgiri district and fulfil our commitment to providing banking services to retail customers through a fast-expanding network of branches and other channels especially to traders at micro level. It will be a one-stop shop for the banking needs of the customer and will enhance our customer experience through this branch”.

He also mentioned that currently, the bank is serving 30 million customers across 28 states and 5 Union Territories in India with its more than 2400 branches. Its vision is to become the country’s preferred and profitable public sector bank.
