Telangana BJP President N Ramchander Rao has demanded the immediate arrest of those responsible for the death of BJP worker Eata Madhukar, who allegedly died by suicide after facing harassment from Congress leaders and local police in Neelwai village, Vemanapally mandal, Mancherial district.

Rao, along with senior BJP leaders, visited Madhukar’s family to offer condolences. He described Madhukar’s death as a “tragic loss” to the party and blamed Congress leaders and police officials for mentally harassing the deceased, leading him to take the extreme step.

“Madhukar was a loyal and hardworking karyakarta. He was pushed to the brink by false cases and continuous threats,” Rao said. He expressed concern that despite being named in the FIR, no action had been taken against the accused. He also called for the suspension of police personnel allegedly involved in threatening Madhukar’s family.

Condemning the targeting of BJP workers, Rao urged party members not to resort to extreme actions and assured them of the party’s full support. He announced that a party delegation would meet the Ramagundam Police Commissioner to demand strict action against those responsible.
