Chalapathi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (CLPT), Guntur organized a mega placement drive at the campus, marking a remarkable milestone in the institution’s commitment to empowering students with career opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector.

The drive saw enthusiastic participation from leading multinational pharmaceutical companies NATCO Pharma, Hyderabad, Hetero Drugs, Hyderabad and SSV Solutions for Aurobindo Pharma recruiting candidates for various roles under the NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme).

This high-impact placement initiative catered to roles in Bulk Production, Formulation Production, QA/QC for Formulations, Assembling, and Testing. Students with diverse academic qualifications Intermediate, ITI, B Pharmacy, M Pharmacy, and Science graduates appeared for a rigorous selection process involving written tests and one-on-one personal interviews.

Out of 276 aspirants from the 2025 graduating batch, 65 students were successfully placed with annual salary packages ranging from Rs 2.16 to Rs 2.85 lakhs, in addition to perks, bonuses, and allowances, ensuring a rewarding start to their professional careers.

The placement event witnessed the gracious presence of Y V Anjaneyulu, Chairman, Chalapathi Educational Society, Y Sujith Kumar, Secretary and Prof. Rama Rao Nadendla, Principal, CLPT, who extended their hearty congratulations to all the selected students.
