District Collector Rahul Sharma has directed officials to make comprehensive arrangements for the smooth and malpractice-free conduct of the Intermediate Public Advanced Supplementary Examinations. A coordination meeting was held on Monday at the IDOC office under the auspices of the Intermediate Education Department. Revenue, Police, Municipal, Panchayat Raj, Medical, and other department officials attended the meeting. Speaking on the occasion, Collector Rahul Sharma stated that the examinations will be conducted from 13th to 21st of this month.
He instructed all concerned officials to complete all necessary arrangements to ensure the exams are held in a smooth, transparent, and fair manner. Examination timings: First Year: 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon and Second Year: 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. The Collector advised students to reach the examination centers well in advance — by 8:30 AM for First Year and by 2:00 PM for Second Year students. He announced a complete ban on mobile phones, smartwatches, and all other electronic devices inside the examination centers for both students and staff.
Special arrangements include deployment of special RTC buses for students’ convenience, medical centers with emergency medicines at every examination centre, implementation of Section 144 near all exam centers, closure of Xerox centers in the vicinity and supply of safe drinking water. Within the district exam centers have been set up in Mahadevpur, Kataram, Bhupalpally, and Chityal mandals.
