The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Commissioner K Ilambarithi has instructed the concerned officials to complete the Shilpa layout second level flyover works at the earliest.

On Monday, GHMC Commissioner inspected the works of Shilpa layout second level flyover from Gachibowli to Kondapur.

Speaking on the occasion, the Commissioner said that he instructed the officials to complete the land acquisition related to the service road. Since the government school building is being lost to some extent in the land acquisition, he instructed the Zonal Commissioner to take steps to undertake the construction of the new building without any problems for the students through “Corporate Social Responsibility”.

He asked for proposals to be prepared for the construction of a foot over bridge so that there is no accident when students cross the road on either side. He said that this flyover would ease the traffic problems from Gachibowli Junction to Kondapur .The Commissioner said that GHMC is working to establish a better transport system for the city residents as per the instructions of the state government.

Project CE Devanand, Serilingampalli Zonal Commissioner Upender Reddy, SE Shankar Nayak, DC Mukunda Reddy, EE Harish Nayak, Town Planning Assistant Health Officer Rajini Kantha Reddy and other officials participated in this program.
