State Bank of India is the Market Leader and first choice for Home Loans. SBI, having its presence with over 22,500 branches across the country, has crossed Rs 7.95 trillion mark in Home Loan business as on November 30, 2024.

Rajesh Kumar, Chief General Manager, State Bank of India, Hyderabad Circle explained the recent initiatives at the Press Meet on account of Mega Property Expo at Hitex on December 20, 21 & 22, 2024.

Hyderabad Circle has a Home Loan Portfolio of Rs 66,249 crore as on November 30, 2024. During the Current financial year April’24 – Nov’24, Bank has sanctioned 14,575 Home Loans and 5,732 Top Up Loans amounting to Rs 10,700 crore in Telangana state and crossed Rs 10,000 crore disbursements during the year. The Bank is having exclusively 27 Home Loan Centres across the State of Telangana for processing and sanction of Home loans.

Hyderabad Circle has a Builder Finance Portfolio of Rs 1,200 Cr as on date and during the current financial year, has added New Sanctions worth Rs 500 crore. The Circle has 859 projects under “Builder Tie-up” till date and in current FY, 120 builder tie-ups were approved and many more projects are being considered under the ambit of “Builder Tie-Up” to accelerate the Home Loan process.

The Bank has put in place various Digital Enablers in YONO App whereby customers can apply Home Loans without visiting Bank branches in the YONO platform. Also “Insta Top up Loan” in YONO for Housing Loan customers, who can avail a Top up loan with a click of button in YONO app.
