Continental Hospitals marks Kargil Divas with ‘ContiRun 2026

Marking Kargil Vijay Diwas, Continental Hospitals organized ContiRun 2026, a community fitness initiative led by its Department of Internal Medicine (Primary Gate Keepers of Health). Held under the theme “Run for Your Health – Run for a Fit Community,” the event featured a 2K fun run and a 5K timed challenge run. The event was attended by Dr. M. Ramesh, Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad;  Ajay Kumar, DIG, CISF, Hyderabad Airport; actor Sree Vishnu and actor, powerlifter and fitness enthusiast Pragathi.

The run was formally flagged off by Dr. M. Ramesh along with Raghu N. Reddy, Director, Continental Hospitals, and Pragathi. Dr.Ramesh appreciated Continental Hospitals for organizing a fitness awareness run on the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas and said it was a commendable initiative that inspires people to adopt healthier lifestyles. The winners were presented with cash prizes, certificates, and medals by Ajay Kumar, DIG, CISF, Hyderabad Airport; and actor Sree Vishnu.

Mr. Raghu N. Reddy expressed his happiness nearly 800 people came together on Kargil Vijay Diwas to celebrate health, fitness, and community spirit.  Sharing his message, Dr. Guru N. Reddy, Founder & Chairman, Continental Hospitals, who was away from the city, mentioned that preventive healthcare begins with simple habits like regular exercise, and community initiatives such as ContiRun encourage people to embrace healthier lifestyles.
