‘CREDAI Property Show’ to be held from Aug 28-30

CREDAI Hyderabad, the city chapter of private real estate developers, announced on Thursday that the ‘CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2026’ would be held from 28th – 30th August at halls 1 & 3 at HITEX Exhibition Centre. The theme for the property show is ‘Rate Aagadhu - Demand Thaggadhu’ (Rate wont stop, demand wont reduce). The theme reflects Hyderabad’s evolution into an opportunity-rich and future-ready metropolis where long-term home ownership offers security, growth and quality of life.

The announcement was made by CREDAI Hyderabad President N. Jaideep Reddy, President-Elect B. Jagannath Rao in the presence of other office bearers. N. Jaideep Reddy mentioned that by bringing the RERA-approved projects under one roof, CREDAI wanted to give families the confidence to invest in a secure future. B. Jagannath Rao, President-Elect, mentioned that the goal of this property show is to provide information about 100% verified, RERA-approved projects in the city.

As financing is a hurdle for most buyers, leading banks and financial institutions will be stationed on-site. Visitors can speak with loan experts, get their finances evaluated on the spot, and explore interest rates and home loan structures.
