Cyberabad Commissioner of Police Avinash Mohanty, along with Joint Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Dr. Gajarao Bhupal, inaugurated a new CNG retail facility on Saturday at the Cyberabad Police Welfare filling station in Gachibowli.

Bhagyanagar Gas Limited and BPCL representatives said that this addition marks a significant expansion of the facility, which already houses 13 Multi-Product Dispensing Units (MPDs). The petrol bunk was initially launched on September 2, 2021, with six MPDs.

On September 28, 2023, seven more MPDs were added, bringing the total to 13. The latest installation of a dedicated CNG unit enhances the bunk’s capability to provide multiple fuel options to the public. The primary objective of the Welfare Petrol Bunk is to offer high-quality petrol, diesel, and now CNG, at subsidized rates, ensuring accessibility and service efficiency to the community.
