Esha, Amit’s PRATAP trailer out

The action drama explores a police officer’s life after he finds himself behind bars

What happens when a police officer who has spent his career putting criminals behind bars finds himself on the other side of the law? The makers of PRATAP, an upcoming action drama starring Esha Deol and Amit Sadh, have unveiled the film’s trailer, offering a glimpse into the extraordinary turn of events that changes the life of a decorated encounter specialist.

Esha Deol features in the film alongside Amit Sadh, who plays Pratap, a police officer whose world is turned upside down when he finds himself behind bars. The trailer moves between his past and present, raising questions about the circumstances that led to his imprisonment and the challenges that lie ahead. With powerful confrontations, action-packed sequences and unexpected developments, the trailer builds curiosity around a man who once enforced the law but now finds himself fighting his own battle.

Speaking about her role, Esha Deol says, “What I liked about Pratap was that the story isn’t as straightforward as it may seem. There are several layers to the narrative, and as the story unfolds, you begin to see the characters and their circumstances differently. Working with Amit and Sachin has been a wonderful experience, and I’m looking forward to audiences discovering what the film has in store.”

Amit Sadh, who essays the titular character, shares, “Pratap is not your conventional cop story. What interested me was the journey of a man who has spent his life enforcing the law, only to find himself on the other side of it.”
