GMR Airport launches premium taxi service

GMR Hyderabad International Airport has launched a dedicated premium airport taxi service to provide passengers with safe, reliable, and hassle-free last-mile connectivity from the airport.

The service will operate round the clock, 24 hours a day and throughout the year, ensuring transport availability during peak travel hours, weekends and holidays. More than 200 vehicles, including sedans and SUVs, have been deployed exclusively for airport operations to offer a consistent and premium travel experience.

Passengers can book taxis through dedicated counters in the arrivals area, a mobile application, or self-service booking kiosks. After booking, travellers can board their assigned taxi from the designated pick-up bay at the arrivals terminal. According to the airport operator, all vehicles meet strict airport quality standards, with emphasis on cleanliness, hygiene and passenger comfort. The fleet stationed at airport ramps will be continuously monitored to ensure safety, operational efficiency and service discipline.
