Managing Director of the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB), Ashok Reddy, carried out a surprise inspection of the Thattikhana and Jubilee Hills tanker filling stations on Saturday. He reviewed the tanker supply system and examined the delivery process in detail to ensure efficiency and transparency.

During the inspection, he interacted with officials to gather information on tanker distribution schedules, service quality provided to consumers, and the functioning of the filling stations. He placed special focus on whether the supply was being carried out in line with prescribed standards.

The MD issued clear instructions that tanker supply must strictly follow the schedule without delays or negligence. He emphasized strengthening monitoring mechanisms to prevent lapses in delivery. For the coming week, officials have been directed to maintain continuous supervision in three shifts to ensure smooth operations.

Ashok Reddy also appealed to citizens to conserve water until the monsoon begins. He urged people to use water only as needed and avoid wastage, highlighting the importance of responsible consumption during the summer season.
