At the ongoing India AI Impact Summit 2026 in New Delhi, Infosys showcased its innovative advancements in artificial intelligence, emphasizing how the company is driving global change from its Indian roots. In an interview at the event, Padma Venkatesh, representing Infosys, highlighted the firm's commitment to innovation that extends "from Bharat to the world."

A core pillar of Infosys' approach is building talent and capabilities before diving into AI applications. The company prioritizes ensuring that every individual has the right skills. To achieve this, Infosys has integrated its learning pedagogy into Infosys Springboard, a societal offering provided free of cost. This platform is equipped with AI features and personalized learning pathways.

When asked how Infosys' offerings differ from existing products in the market, Venkatesh pointed to the uniqueness of these sports associations, which are not as commonplace as those from other industry players. Infosys boasts over a dozen showcases of its AI capabilities. From a learning perspective, the company—long regarded as the industry's training ground—extends the same high-quality, free training it provides to employees and clients to societal talent at large.

This democratizes access to "the Infosys training bit," bridging the connected and unconnected. Overall, Infosys positions its AI innovations as a connector—linking education, entertainment, and real-world applications to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. These efforts were prominently featured at the summit, underscoring India's growing role in responsible and scalable AI development.
