Tesla whistleblower wins case

* A Tesla whistleblower who has fought Elon Musk and his company through the courts for years has won the latest round of a long-running legal battle.

* Engineer Cristina Balan lost her job after she raised a safety concern in 2014 about a design flaw, which could hit the cars' braking.

* Her defamation claim against the firm seemed to have run out of road when a judge confirmed an arbitration decision dismissing her case - but a panel of appeal judges in California has reversed the decision in her favour.

* She now wants to face Musk and Tesla in open court.

* Balan had filed a defamation case, claiming her reputation was damaged.

Online Report Washington

Elon Musk has a plan to populate the world with more babies of “high intelligence” — and it’s all part of his wider mission to one day occupy Mars to save civilisation. That is as per a report by the ‘Wall Street Journal’ about the world’s richest man and how MAGA influencer Ashley St Clair found herself caught up in his “harem drama.”

St Clair, 26, went public with her claims she and Musk share a kid in February. Now she has claimed the billionaire offered her a one-time payment of $15 million, plus $100,000 a month until her child turns 21, in exchange for her silence.

She rejected the offer. “I don’t want my son to feel like he’s a secret,” St Clair reportedly told Musk’s fixer Jared Birchall, who runs Musk’s family office. Within hours of the article’s publication, Musk took aim, declaring it worse than US tabloid site TMZ. “TMZ ...WSJ,” he wrote on X, which he also owns.

It’s not the first time he has taken issue with the Journal, which in January he called “trash” following the publication of a separate report surrounding his alleged pervasive drug use which was said to be causing a headache for his companies’ directors.

St Clair claimed Musk has used his wealth to silence other women who have had his children, according to the report. Musk, who has at least 14 kids with 4 women, previously maintained he does not know “for sure” if Clair’s child is his but the “Probability of paternity was 99.9999%,” as per test results that came back last Friday.
