A Cyber Crime awareness stall was set up by Hyderabad Cyber Crime Police at SHIELD 2.0 & CIPHERSPRINT, a national-level cyber innovation challenge held at the Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC), Banjara Hills.

During the visit of senior officers, Deputy Commissioner of Police Joel Davis explained key initiatives including C-Mitra, Cyber SIMBA volunteers’ registration, and the door-to-door cyber awareness programme. The stall aimed to sensitise participants to the growing threat of cyber frauds and the need for preventive measures in everyday digital transactions.

Visitors were educated on common cybercrime methods, safe online practices, and the importance of timely reporting of cyber offences. Demonstrations were also conducted on how to identify and respond to online scams.
