Hyderabad: In a display of professional commitment, Jagadgirigutta police swiftly traced and recovered a lost handbag belonging to a woman serving as the principal of a government college in Kukatpally.

The incident occurred when the woman was travelling on her scooter near Gandhi Heights in the Jagadgirigutta area while attending an official programme. During the journey, she accidentally lost her handbag, which contained her mobile phone and other valuable items. The loss caused anxiety, particularly due to fears that the mobile phone could be misused to withdraw money from her bank account through UPI transactions.

Soon after realizing the loss, she lodged a complaint at the Jagadgirigutta Police Station. Acting promptly on the complaint, the crime wing of Jagadgirigutta police launched an investigation under the supervision of Detective Inspector P. Narender Reddy.
