Ignite institutions celebrate International Yoga Day with enthusiasm

Marking the 12th International Yoga Day, Ignite Institutions organized a Yoga Day celebration on Saturday morning at its Ignite sports ground in Dream View Colony, near Miyapur Metro Station. The program was attended by renowned yoga instructor Jagan Guruji, eminent cricketEr MSK Prasad and Tushar, Managing Director of Sri Sri Holistic Hospital, as distinguished guests. Addressing the gathering, the guests highlighted the significance of yoga in promoting physical fitness, mental well-being, and a healthy lifestyle.

As part of the celebrations, Jagan Guruji conducted a live yoga demonstration, guiding participants through various yoga practices, including Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and Surya Namaskar. The interactive session received an enthusiastic response from students and faculty alike.
