KLH Aziznagar startups receive 19 lakh grant from IIT Hyderabad’s TiHAN I-Hub

KLH Aziznagar Campus has secured Rs 19 lakhs in funding from IIT Hyderabad’s TiHAN I-Hub to support seven promising student-led startups. 

The selected ventures span sectors such as healthcare, robotics, AI, drone tech, and smart traffic systems.

Key projects include Hillsafe, a safety-focused initiative by Principal Dr. Akella Ramakrishna and student Ayushi Bhati, and Electronic LOOP, working on advanced electronics under Dr. Budati Anil Kumar and student N. Sree Karthikeya Reddy. Innovator K Abhilash leads two ventures: AI_TechDrones, focused on AI-powered drones, and Cognalis Solutions, building smart digital platforms. Smart Traffic on Edge, by Reka Ruthika and mentored by Dr. N. Chiranjeevi, aims to use AI and edge computing for traffic management. MeDFly, by Pranav, explores drone applications in healthcare, while Robo Sevak, led by Dr. Kayam Sai Kumar and student Krishnaveni, develops robotic assistants.

TiHAN I-Hub, a national center for autonomous navigation systems, awarded funding ranging from Rs 1 to 5 lakhs per startup. KLH Vice President Er. Koneru Lakshman Havish called it a proud moment and a testament to the university’s innovation spirit.
