Hanamkonda: Dr. Ramprasad Reddy, Urologist at Sri Srinivasa Kidney Centre, Hanamkonda, said that for the first time in Warangal district, a two-year-old baby boy has undergone pyloplasty surgery using the latest 3D technology. A two-year-old girl, V Vedanshi, a resident of Mahabubabad, had a narrowing of the tube that carries urine from her kidneys.

The patient's family visited the hospital after being told that it would cost around four lakh rupees when she was taken to Hyderabad for treatment. Dr. Ramprasad Reddy said that the treatment was successfully completed at a low cost and patient Vedanshi was sent home within 72 hours. Urologist Dr Ramprasad Reddy said that three more 3D laparoscopic surgeries have been successfully completed.
