Residents of Chinta Bavi and Doodh Bavi areas under the Mettuguda division in the Secunderabad constituency raised concerns about contaminated drinking water on Saturday. They met with the Greater Hyderabad Deputy Mayor Mothe Srilatha Shobhan Reddy, at her residence to discuss the issue.

The residents submitted a formal complaint, detailing the severity of the problem. Responding to their concerns, the Deputy Mayor immediately instructed Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) officials to take necessary actions and resolve the issue promptly.

Deputy Mayor assured the residents that their grievances would be addressed swiftly. She emphasized her commitment to ensuring the supply of clean and safe drinking water to the affected areas and directed the concerned authorities to expedite the process.
