The MyMedaram WhatsApp Chatbot offers complete guidance on route maps, traffic updates, and parking-related information, helping devotees plan their journey smoothly and avoid congestion. To enhance convenience at the Jatara venue, the chatbot also provides locations of toilet blocks, medical camps, and drinking water facilities, along with details of other essential amenities.
In addition, devotees can access help desk contact numbers, information on emergency services, and important advisories through the chatbot.
