On the directions of Panchayat Raj, Rural Development and Rural Water Supply, Minister Seethakka, a dedicated call center has been established at the Mission Bhagiratha Head Office in Erramanzil to address water supply issues in rural areas.
The toll-free number, 1800-599-4007, is now operational, with nine calls received on its launch day. This facility allows citizens to file complaints regarding issues in the Mission Bhagiratha water supply system.
Operating 24/7, the call center is staffed by five personnel under the leadership of a Superintendent Engineer. Calls received during the day will be attended to and recorded, while night-time calls will be logged for prompt action. Mission Bhagiratha ENC Kripakar Reddy will review complaints daily to ensure resolution within 24 hours.
